Vallivue High School is requiring all athletes to register for Athletics and/or all Extra–Curricular activities through a convenience online registration process called FamilyID (www.familyid.com). 
FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs, and helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and different programs throughout the year.
 

All Freshman and Juniors need an updated physical dated at the earliest, May 15^th of the upcoming school year. All new students to Vallivue High School will also need an updated physical. Please turn in a hard copy of the physical to the Athletic Trainer, Teresa Tyler in the Athletic Training Room.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link: 

            www.familyid.com

Follow these steps:

1. Click Create Account/Log In. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
2. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you do not see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
3. Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you into FamilyID.com
4. Type in Vallivue High School, Idaho, Find Program
5. Under Featured Organizations, click on Vallivue High School, then click on Vallivue High School Fall, Winter or Spring Registration (depending on season)
6. Click on Sport of participation
7. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
8. Click the Continue button when your form is complete.
9. Review your registration summary.

A couple changes to the schedule:

No practice Friday 8/3. (Rest, Ice, Stretch, Hydrate, and do whatever you need to do in order to be prepared for tryouts next week!)

Team selections will be posted by Thursday Morning 8/9 followed by a Team/Parent Meeting in the evening at 7:30pm at the soccer fields. (Concussion Testing 6:30-70:30). My hope is that having the meeting later in the evening will allow for those who work late to be able to attend. We will be going over scheduling, fundraising, concessions, and some other housekeeping info. 

I would like to have a team BBQ next weekend (Saturday 8/11). I think this would be a good team bonding time and also an opportunity for players and families to get to know each other. 

ONE LAST REMINDER: Physicals are required for ALL FRESHMEN and all other players who did not get one last year. This is a State-Wide Rule and you will not be allowed to tryout unless this is taken care of. 

ALL PLAYERS: Must have their paperwork filled out, signed, and returned in order to participate in tryouts.

Summer Practices have started and they are running Monday through Thursday each week from 7:00pm-8:30(ish)pm. Though they are not mandatory, everyone who is able to attend, should be there. Next season is determined by what you do now! The greatest players didn't become great overnight. They practiced..A LOT! Let's get prepared!

Conditioning/Ball Work, July 30- August 2 (Monday-Thursday) 7:00-8:30pm, @ VHS soccer fields. (*Recommended, not a requirement for VHS boys soccer program)

Tryouts, August 6,7, & 8 (MTW), 6-8am & 7-9pm @ VHS soccer fields (Required paperwork, Sports Physicals, and Player/Parent Contract) I will be posting this information for those who do not already have it. 

August 9- Team Selections will be posted on this website in the morning. Team/Parent Meeting 7:30 PM @ VHS Soccer Fields.

August 10- Practice @ VHS soccer fields 7:00-8:30pm (Practices will continue weekdays from 7:00pm-8:15pm.) Once school starts, practices will be directly after school for about 2 hours each day.

Saturday Aug. 11- Team BBQ (Time & Location TBD)*

*All players must have a minimum 10 practices before they are allowed to participate in the first game.
